The Combination Syndrome

Here is a case where a patient was missing anterior maxillary teeth and had minimal posterior bone. We were able to place implants anteriorly in the Palatal position and in the posterior with remote anchorage, zygomatic implants. In case is like this, not only is bone augmentation important but sufficient thickness of tissue also. We utilized Augma bone to achieve both of these goals .
