  • Movement and discomfort of the teeth supporting the bridge
  • Suppuration and pain in the region of the superior incisors
  • Gingivitis and periodontitis in the 2 bridge supporting teeth
  • The patient could not bite with the front teeth

Treatment Plan:

  • Removal of the old bridge
  • Extraction of the 2 roots
  • 2 immediate implants without surgical flap
  • Tunneling of the soft tissue between the 2 sockets
  • Bone grafting
  • Immediate load with a temporary bridge
  • Placement of the final bridge 5 months after surgery
