Buccal Clinical Case
Dr. David Baranes (Israel)
A mandibular 1st molar with missing buccal wall.
A case of a tooth with a fracture caused in the mandibular 1st molar that caused a big infection and missing buccal wall. Extracted the tooth and debrided the socket followed by an immediate placement of Augma Bond Apatite without using a membrane. Achieved primary closure and after 4 months of post op of uneventful healing a well reconstructed patient’s own vital bone is now evident, and implants can be placed as can be seen in the pictures.
