Maxillary Rehabilitation with Immediate All-on-6 (Level II Augma Grafting)

The patient is a 47-year-old healthy woman, attends the consultation with complaints about lack of aesthetics in her smile. The patient had a long history of periodontitis. Total mandible rehabilitation was performed 2 years ago, and she is very happy and comfortable with the results. Despite the healthy looking gums, the maxillary (natural) teeth have large periodontal pockets and grade 1 to 2 of mobility. She had already placed 4 maxillary implants and had a sinus lift on the 1st quadrant (6 months before).

The treatment plan included the extraction of all the maxillary teeth with removal of the implants #24 (12) and #25 (13) due to their vertical position. The placement of 4 new implants, keeping implants #16 (3) and #26 (14) and bone grafting of all sockets and bone defects with immediate load.
