GBR and Implant Placement #35 (20), #36 (19), #37 (18)

The patient is a 43 year old female, non-smoker, generally healthy. She came to my clinic with a problem with teeth #35 (20) and #36 (19). The crowns of the teeth were destroyed below the bone level and any type of reconstruction was impossible.

Treatment planning includes extraction and socket grafting with Bond Apatite®. Insertion of three Bicon implants in the areas of teeth #35 (20), 36 (19), 37 (18). Setting three crowns on the implants.
