Augma Socket Grafting Clinical Case
By Dr. Michael Katzap
In this case the maxillary right canine is fractured. Removal of the canine revealed absence of buccal plate. No flap was done to minimize gingival retraction. Due to the size of the crestal socket opening, a bioactive membrane was placed. Four months post grafting implant placement took place. Additional grafting was done at the time to enhance buccal plate thickness and add to the crestal portion of the ridge.
